Responsibilities

• Check in drivers and verify shipment information for accuracy.
• Dispatch drivers and release loads through the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Direct drivers to designated shipping and receiving locations.
• Monitor transportation activities and provide status updates as needed.
• Troubleshoot operational and system issues to support workflow efficiency.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding transportation activities.
• Maintain accurate transportation records and documentation.
• Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
• Provide professional customer service and support at all times.
