Job summary

You will check in drivers, coordinate with carriers, open and close shipments in the WMS, prepare bills of lading, and help with receiving, picking, packing, and loading activities across multiple shifts. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check in inbound and outbound drivers and provide dock directions.
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and warehouse personnel.
• Open and close shipments within warehouse management systems.
• Monitor load boards and maintain seal logs.
• Prepare and verify bills of lading and shipping documentation.
• Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records.
• Assist with receiving, picking, packing, and loading activities as needed.
• Track inbound and outbound freight activity.
• Support daily warehouse logistics and transportation operations.
• Perform additional clerical and warehouse support duties as assigned.

Location: North Las Vegas, NV

Pay Rate: $16.25 - $18.25 per hour

Multiple Shifts Available:

• Monday-Friday | 5:0 AM - 1:30 PM (Flexible start time)


• Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM


• Sunday-Wednesday | 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM


• Thursday-Saturday | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM


• Monday-Thursday | 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM
