Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years’ experience supporting at the executive level.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Extensive experience scheduling travel and corporate meetings/events.
• Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures.
• Must be detail oriented, flexible, and able to take initiative.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
• Ability to present information clearly to groups.

Responsibilities

• Prepares invoices and related documents.
• Handles customer communications via phone and email.
• Files and retrieves documents and reference materials.
• Conducts data research and prepares reports.
• Daily invoicing of accounts.
• Organizes meetings for FR&M Teams and local operations.
• Monitors and distributes incoming communications.
• Liaises with internal staff at all levels.
• Interacts with internal/external customers.
• Reviews practices and implements improvements.
• Assists in ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing office supplies.
• Provides information to callers to streamline billing processes.
