Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant, billing specialist or clerk in a corporate environment.
• Experience with billing or accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform billing assistance duties in a business or corporate setting facility.
• Prepare and send invoices to clients and customers.
• Process and prepare third-party invoices.
• Issue billing adjustments to customers.
• Validate billings and invoices.
• Process delinquent invoices.
• Track and mail customer refund checks.
• Maintain daily logs of transactions.
• Coordinate with accounts receivable and payable departments.
