O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Accounts Payable Supplier Credit Specialist to support data entry, reconciliation, and issue resolution for stores, corporate departments, and suppliers. You will work in a fast-paced environment ensuring accuracy and timely responses.

Responsibilities include invoicing/credit data entry, monthly statement balancing, and researching returns. Requires strong attention to detail and basic Excel; excellent communication is essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 10-key by touch with high accuracy.
• Experience with verbal and written professional communication.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic Excel knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Assist suppliers and corporate departments with accounting issues.
• Data entry of invoices and credits.
• Research in detail returns and return exceptions.
• Balance monthly statements to ensure accounts are in good standing.
• Populate simple spreadsheets to assist with account reconciliation.
