Job summary

NETC Fleet Services in Exeter, NH is seeking a detail‑driven Transportation Administrator to manage billing, permits, and daily administrative needs. You will support a fast‑moving operation, ensuring documents are filed, payments processed, and data kept accurate.

You will handle inquiries, coordinate with the Transportation Director, and keep permit records organized while maintaining strong customer service and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business or a related field or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, trucking, towing, or a related industry is a definite plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organization; comfort with numbers and basic accounting.

Responsibilities

• Process credit card payments and reconcile transactions.
• Submit and track Purchase Order (PO) requests; support basic accounting and billing functions.
• Review calculations and transactions for accuracy; research discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Work directly with customers to resolve billing questions and disputes professionally.
