Job summary

NorthEast Electrical in Brockton, MA is seeking a Full-Time Transportation Administrator to join our team on-site. You will support dispatch, transportation communication, manifest management, and daily metrics tracking in a busy warehouse setting.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with Excel/Outlook. Experience with DOT compliance is a plus, with opportunities for growth within the Sonepar family.

Qualifications

• Ability to organize, multi-task, research, and adapt quickly to changes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of DOT compliance processes is a plus.
• Experience with dispatch and transportation coordination preferred.
• Familiarity with Eclipse and Job Queues.

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatch needs such as ETA requests by sales and service calls from drivers.
• Assist transportation communication inbound and outbound.
• Maintain, scan and close manifest daily.
• Record and track daily metrics (stops, hours, miles).
• Assist the Quality Care department and routing as needed.
• Monitor and maintain documents/processes regarding DOT compliance.
• Perform other related duties as required by the Transportation Manager.
