Job summary

apr rllcbanewenglandtruckcenter is seeking a detail-oriented Transportation Administrator in Exeter, NH. You will handle billing, permits, documentation, and customer inquiries on a day-to-day basis, reporting to the Transportation Director.

This role requires accuracy, strong communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving. The position is full-time with a day shift, on-site, offering a salary range of $50,000–$65,000 per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business or equivalent experience demonstrated in the resume.
• 2+ years of administration, billing, accounting support, customer service, or similar role preferred.
• Previous transportation, logistics, trucking, towing, or related industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process payments and reconcile transactions.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and aging accounts.
• Submit and track PO requests and related paperwork.
• Support basic accounting and billing tasks.
• Review calculations for accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist customers with billing questions and disputes in a professional manner.
• Maintain organized permit, billing, and DocuSign records.
