Clean2TheKore LLC in Austin, TX, is hiring a Transplant Assistant Scheduler to support a busy transplant team. You will manage referrals, build patient charts, coordinate with dialysis units and physician offices, and maintain scheduling records on site.

The role requires 3+ years of administrative or scheduling experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with computers, phones, and email. Shifts run 8:00am–4:30pm; contract position with potential for permanent hire at the hospital.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of administrative or front-office experience (medical office or scheduling preferred).
• Comfortable with computers, phones and email.
• Proof of vaccinations and background check requirements before start.

Mansioni

• Take new patient and living-donor referrals: collect demographic information and complete a basic phone screening.
• Create patient charts and request medical and insurance records from dialysis units and physician offices.
• Schedule orientation classes, history and physical appointments, and evaluation and re-evaluation testing.
• Confirm appointments with patients by phone and letter, and follow up with hospitals and physician offices to collect results.
• Keep the transplant database up to date, including referral, testing and charge information.
• Help prepare the clinic: chart prep, rooming patients, taking vitals and completing clinic forms.
