Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with four years of relatable work experience.
• Experience in secretarial/clerical roles preferred; strong written and verbal communication.
• Basic keyboarding skills required; medical terminology preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally; capable of cooperative relationships

Responsibilities

• Establish, coordinate and perform administrative duties to support the transplant team.
• Serve as liaison between patients and clinical staff via telephone and written correspondence.
• Maintain transplant-related records and ensure accurate data entry in the EMR.
• Stay up to date with regulatory changes in UNOS and CMS.
