Job summary

Insight Molecular Diagnostics is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused leader to integrate medical, marketing, and sales efforts in advancing transplant KOL engagement. You will drive strategy, relationships, and cross-functional execution to accelerate product advocacy and market adoption.

This role requires deep knowledge of transplantation, immunology or rare diseases, at least 5 years in sales, and ability to travel about 50% across the United States. Excellence in communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in sales.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• Experience in Transplantation, Immunology, and/or Rare Diseases.
• Sales background with physician/healthcare network development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison among Medical, Marketing, Patient Services, and Market Access teams.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Strategically target transplant centers to maximize impact.
• Drive initial market adoption via early adopters and centers.
• Develop and execute KOL engagement programs across conferences and payers.
