Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, business, marketing or equivalent.
• 1 year healthcare industry experience, preferably IVD (R&D, marketing product specialist, sales, or medical technologist).
• Knowledge in Life Sciences: Biology, Chemistry; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the marketing interface with R&D, Operations and QA/RA, ensuring cross collaboration and alignment.
• Prepare and coordinate marketing support programs; create advertising and promotional materials; write bulletins/newsletters.
• Keep informed about developments in medical instrumentation/diagnostic industry for future plans.
• Provide sales technical training; develop training requirements and sales tools; deliver customer presentations.
• Understand Transplant product lines and competitive products; monitor field tests and launches.
• Maintain regular communications with technical services on instrument/reagent issues; perform other duties.
