You will build relationships with transplant centers and key opinion leaders, drive market adoption, and lead cross-functional initiatives to advance product advocacy; strong sales background and transplant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in sales.
• Experience in Transplantation, Immunology, and/or Rare Diseases.
• Proven ability to develop productive relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Ability to think creatively and conceptually.
• Ability to develop and execute key strategies.
• Proven ability to work effectively across a matrixed environment.
• Do what it takes mindset and willingness to wear other hats.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional liaison among Medical, Marketing, Patient Services, and Market Access.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
• Target transplant centers across broad geographies.
• Drive initial market adoption with early adopters and centers.
• Manage KOLs and account development end-to-end.
• Coordinate national/regional conferences and KOL engagements.
• Collaborate with marketing on payer and society collaborations.
• Educate transplant customers across surgeons, physicians, coordinators, and social workers.
