Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Senior Global Marketing Manager for Transplant Diagnostics (One Lambda) to drive growth of molecular diagnostics. You will define expansion strategies, build evidence-based adoption frameworks, and craft campaigns that translate scientific value into market demand.

In this role you will partner with Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR, and regional teams to shape activation playbooks and ensure regulatory-aligned messaging across channels.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree plus 6 years of molecular diagnostics product marketing or Bachelor's with 8 years.
• Experience in market creation, segmentation, and long-range planning.
• Ability to map barriers to adoption in clinical/diagnostic markets.
• Experience with Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR or clinical teams to develop evidence roadmaps.
• Skilled at building scalable market activation playbooks across regulatory environments.
• Proven global product launches and campaign management.
• Storytelling and content creation across long-form, short-form, digital, video, and email.
• Strong understanding of customer journey marketing and revenue-aligned demand gen.
• Travel up to 25-30% internationally; English proficiency required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; able to pass background check.
