Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers from inquiry to showroom visit.
• Provide information on vehicles, pricing, and options online, by phone, and in person.
• Set showroom and test-drive appointments.
• Exhibit consultative selling skills and guide customers to a vehicle choice.
• Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to act as a vehicle authority.
• Conduct high-quality demonstrations of vehicles and financing options.
• Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Follow up with buyers to generate referrals and repeat business.
