Job summary

Primoris T&D Services, LLC in Mt. Dora, FL is seeking a Project Coordinator I to support Transmission and Substation projects. You will coordinate field requisitions, permits, engineering and quality submittals, and track daily progress to ensure a smooth kickoff and steady execution.

The role is office-based with periodic field visits, located on-site at 2125 James P Snell Dr., Mt. Dora, FL. Candidates should have an associate degree and at least 1 year in power/utility construction, plus

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent utility construction experience required.
• 1 year of industry experience in power lines, substations, utility, or heavy civil construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Review project portfolio to determine required submittals, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, equipment suppliers, and other service providers with construction lead.
• Ensure engineering and quality submittals are submitted early for timely approval.
• Track daily production progress and report field updates to project management.
• Serve as liaison between field crews and asset owners, regulatory authorities, and DOTs.
