Westwood Professional Services, Inc. seeks a Transmission Project Coordinator to join our power delivery team in Florida.

The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and managing project control systems across cost, schedule, risk, reporting, and document management to support informed decisions. You will collaborate with project managers, finance, engineering, and subconsultants, ensuring data accuracy, templates compliance, and timely monthly/weekly reports while advancing toward project

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with project management tools and data reporting.
• Strong cost forecasting, scheduling logic, and risk management understanding.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate across teams.
• High attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Utilize established project systems and processes including Vantagepoint, PowerBI, IronClad, and Avetta.
• Support AR collections and electronic invoicing.
• Assist in developing, monitoring and maintaining budgets and forecasts, including tracking actual vs. planned spend.
• Assist in developing, monitoring and maintaining project schedules, including tracking actual vs. planned progress.
• Develop consolidated monthly/weekly project reports.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, incoming documents, and outgoing deliverables; maintain version control.
• Ensure project controls standards, templates, and processes are followed and support reviews.
• Support client meetings through minutes and action item notes.
• Support management of subconsultants on onboarding, progress, risk, and compliance.
• Collaborate to develop, evaluate, and implement new policies reflecting best practices.
