Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Civil Site Lead, Power Delivery with a focus on transmission and substation projects to support our Energy Business Line. You will lead civil discipline work, guide earthwork, drainage, roadways, and foundations while aligning with electrical layouts and project schedules.

Ideal candidates bring a Civil Engineering degree, a PE license, 6+ years of site civil experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 6 years of relevant experience.
• P.E. license required.
• Experience with site grading, drainage, roads and substation layouts.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or MicroStation for civil design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all civil work at substation and transmission line sites.
• Create and supervise earthwork, drainage, access roads and foundations.
• Review civil design drawings and provide practical solutions.
• Coordinate with electrical teams to resolve interface issues.
• Mentor site civil engineers and inspectors.
