AECOM is seeking a Civil Site Lead, Power Delivery to support Transmission and Substation projects in the Energy Business Line. The role offers remote work options and positions across the United States.

You will lead civil work, review drawings, coordinate with electrical teams, mentor staff, and ensure safety and quality on site. A Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and a P.E. license are required, with 6+ years of experience; California experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineering license (P.E.) required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or MicroStation for civil design and detailing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil work at substation and transmission line sites, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs and schedules.
• Create and supervise earthwork, grading, drainage, access roads, and foundations for substations and lines.
• Review, interpret and produce civil design drawings and technical documents; report discrepancies and propose solutions.
