• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• 6+ years of relevant site civil experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or MicroStation for civil design.

• Lead civil work at substation and transmission sites, ensuring compliance with drawings and schedules.
• Develop earthwork, drainage, roads, and foundation layouts for substation and transmission lines.
• Review civil design drawings and provide practical solutions to discrepancies.
• Coordinate with electrical teams and project management to resolve interface issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and review work plans and estimates.
