Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a responsible professional to lead estimating, pre-construction, and Right-of-Way activities for major transmission projects. The role involves planning, coordinating with multiple companies, and driving project execution from estimating through construction while focusing on safety, schedule, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Right-of-Way Preparation, Access or related Heavy Civil construction including field construction management and estimating.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to implement plans aligned with business objectives.
• Flexibility to collaborate with Quanta Companies.
• Understanding of construction processes, safety standards and regulatory requirements for transmission projects.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of Right-of-Way Preparation and Access SOW.
• Assist in estimating and pre-construction to ensure pricing, scheduling and risk mitigation.
• Track, manage, and communicate project pursuits and status updates.
• Coordinate with multiple companies to integrate Access work into schedule and budget.
• Provide guidance to project teams to improve execution.
• Capture lessons learned and apply improvements to future projects.
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Identify risks and help develop mitigation strategies.
