Job summary

PIKE Electric, LLC is seeking a Groundman in Fort Worth, TX to support field crews building and maintaining the power grid. You will report to the Foreman and perform overhead line work, manual labor and equipment handling in varying weather.

This role requires a safety‑first mindset, a valid driver’s license with ability to obtain a CDL within 60 days, and willingness to travel and work overtime or on-call rotations. We offer strong benefits and a collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform new construction, maintenance and repair of de-energized powerlines
• Install and repair overhead transmission lines and related hardware
• Handle and operate tools and equipment safely
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment in good order
• Work outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Be available for outages and emergencies including on-call rotations
• Inspect PPE and follow safety protocols
