Job summary

Michels Pacific Energy, Inc. in Tumwater, WA, seeks a Project Manager for transmission and distribution projects. You will manage project phases or multiple smaller projects, focused on safety and profitability, with budgets around $500k or less.

The anticipated base salary ranges from $110,000 to $155,000 annually, with pay adjusted based on experience and location. Candidates must travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PM/CM/Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of related experience in transmission and distribution projects.
• Experience with EPC projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a phase of large transmission and distribution projects or multiple smaller projects.
• Ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget completion from proposal through delivery.
