The role requires 7+ years of PM/field leadership in heavy construction, 50% regional travel, and proficiency with Primavera P6, Procore, and GAAP/WBS concepts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline (substantial field leadership experience accepted).
• Minimum of 7 years in project management and field execution within heavy construction.
• Willingness to travel 50% regionally across IL and Great Lakes states.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern enterprise project reporting tools.
• GAAP, WBS, and project-level P&L stewardship knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Oversee EPC program execution from pre-construction to warranty turnover, focusing on safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.
• Lead labor relations, PLAs, and regional union craft management across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage prime/subcontracts and change orders, and guide RFP/bid evaluations for trades/vendors.
• Interface with regional utilities and act as operational advisor on scope changes.
