Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Prior community association management, property management, operations, transitions, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• New Association onboarding: manage onboarding from contract execution through handoff.
• Coordinate with Property Management, Accounting, IT, HR, Banking, Insurance, Legal and other departments.
• Own CRASH/offboarding process and maintain offboarding timelines.
