The role leads operational strategy, execution and continuous improvement of shared services supporting advisor transitions in a hybrid environment with 3 in-office days weekly. You will manage a diverse team of 80–100 associates and contractors, drive cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders, and shape programs for onboarding, licensing, and risk readiness while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance.
• General Experience: more than 15 years.
• Manager Experience: 10 to 15 years.
• Certifications Travel Less than 25%.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a culture of collaboration and teamwork across Transitions Management.
• Develop and build relationships with key internal stakeholders across departments.
• Lead a diverse array of team members spanning entry level to leadership.
• Drive and support continuous operational improvements in key functions.
• Manage the strategy for a robust contract workforce including onboarding and performance management.
• Support Transitions Management strategy by developing operational plans and outcomes.
