Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Transition Specialist to oversee onboarding and offboarding for multifamily properties. You will coordinate across regional teams, clients, and external providers to ensure a smooth transition and accurate data handling.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in related work, with strong communication and real estate knowledge. A focus on process improvement and compliant practices is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in multifamily real estate and basic accounting knowledge preferred.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Plan, analyze and complete onboarding and offboarding tasks for Multifamily property management assignments.
Lead communication among regional property managers, client accounting and other teams and clients during transitions.
Ensure high data integrity across platforms and timely processing.
Review opportunity pipeline, pricing and notification processes for financial planning and project creation.
Deliver presentations to clients and maintain SOC and SOX compliance.
Identify process improvements and collaborate on new tools and workflows.
