Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering required.
10+ years of enterprise IT operations experience.
5+ years leading O&M transition or migrations.

Coordinate transition across infrastructure, apps, databases, networks, and cloud services.
Oversee knowledge transfer sessions and capture operational documentation.
Validate monitoring, incident response, and service management during transition.
