Job summary

Inadev Corporation seeks a Transition Technical Lead to direct all technical aspects of transition-in/out for the Legacy program. The role coordinates with the Program Manager, Operations Manager, ISS Help Desk, practitioners, and cyber teams to ensure a seamless transfer of systems, environments, tools, and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 10+ years of federal IT experience.
• Proven track record leading technical transitions for large programs.
• Experience with production operations, modernization programs, and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical transition planning, coordination, and execution activities.
• Assess environments, validate readiness, and manage risk and dependencies.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer and create transition artifacts and runbooks.
• Ensure security, compliance, and operational readiness across teams.
