Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales in transit tech or related industries.
• Proven you can prospect, assess needs, and close deals.
• Experience with RFPs and complex contracts is a plus.
• Knowledge of transit operations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the public transit sector.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and position INIT as a strategic partner.
• Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Craft responses to RFPs and tenders with cross-functional teams.
• Shape regional go-to-market strategies and maintain robust pipeline.
• Represent INIT at industry events and customer meetings.
