Via is a fast-growing technology company transforming transportation and mobility. The Strategy and Operations Principal will manage a first-of-its-kind, intermodal transit service, spanning entrepreneurship, business development and operations management with a people-facing focus.

You will own and manage the end-to-end operating strategy of Via’s service for our partner, oversee P&L and budgets, and build staffing strategies for 24/7 operations while collaborating across functions to improve

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in strategy and operations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the end-to-end operating strategy of Via’s service on behalf of our partner.
• Manage the financial performance of the service, including P&L, forecasting budgets, and profitability improvements.
• Develop and refine operating plans, staffing models, and scheduling for a 24/7 operation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, reliability, and customer experience.
• Build trusted relationships with drivers, customers, stakeholders, and local partners.
• Define KPIs, analyze trends, and translate insights into action weekly and monthly.
• Prepare and present performance and risk reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.
