Job summary

Via is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Transit Operations, to lead a complex set of products for public sector transit agencies and governments. You will shape the roadmap for expanding Via’s dispatch platform from on-demand to paratransit, school buses, and fixed lines, while keeping accessibility for riders with special needs at the forefront.

You will collaborate with engineers and stakeholders globally, driving end-to-end product lifecycle, prioritization, and quarterly roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of Product Management experience in B2C or B2B SaaS products.
• Excellent collaborative written and verbal fluency in English.
• Able to digest market research and customer feedback and translate into a product vision.
• Demonstrated success in end-to-end product lifecycle with planning, development, and launch.
• MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• As lead PM, chart the path for extending transit dispatch platform to paratransit, school buses, and fixed lines.
• Design features with accessibility for special needs populations in mind.
• Envision diverse user journeys and build scalable, flexible products.
• Design products considering rider eligibility, special conditions and disability aids.
• Assist agencies in obtaining funding through reporting and transparency.
