Job summary

Luminator Technology Group, based in Plano, Texas, is seeking a Solutions Engineer who will design transformative solutions for transit agencies and operators. This role combines technical expertise with business insight to improve efficiency and passenger experience.

The position requires collaboration with Product Management and Field Support, and involves delivering live and web demonstrations, technical presentations, and deployment architectures. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Sales, or similar role with demonstrable success in presenting hardware/software to customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Ability to recommend and implement improvements in infrastructure and processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver product demonstrations clearly articulating technology specifics and align with customer needs.
• Represent the product to customers and at field events such as conferences and seminars.
• Provide responses to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
• Translate voice of the customer into product requirements for development.
• Lead resolution of technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with sales to understand requirements and provide sales support.
