Job summary

Luminator Technology Group in Plano, TX is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician II to install, troubleshoot, and repair our transportation technology products at customer sites across the US. This role requires hands-on expertise, clear communication, and a commitment to safety and service excellence.

Travel up to 75% is expected, with assignments in NYC, Ohio, and Canada; candidates must hold a valid US passport and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field service experience in technical or engineering services.
• OSHA certification/training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% ( NYC area preferred ).
• Current US Passport (travel to NY, OH, Canada) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Luminator products.
• Provide on-site training and support at customer sites.
• Diagnose issues and document work performed including preventive maintenance.
• Maintain safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction on site.
