Job summary

Swiftly, Inc. is hiring a Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. You will demonstrate Swiftly's value to transit agencies, operators, and partners, and work with Account Executives to tailor pitches and strategies for each agency.

The role requires 3+ years in transit, strong data and analytical skills, and excellent communication. This is a remote-ready position open to candidates across the United States and Canada, with travel to meet agencies and attend conferences as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working at or with a transit agency.
• Understanding of transit passenger information, planning, operations, and data standards.
• Strong analytical skills and a love of data.
• Strategic mindset with a passion for solving problems and partnering with transit agencies on their challenges.
• Strong communication skills, energized by speaking with prospective customers.
• Willingness to travel about once a month to meet agencies and attend conferences across North America.
