Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers while following site procedures and emergency plans.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility to deter incidents and identify issues.
• Verify credentials and manage visitor and delivery access at entry points.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies and document actions.
• Complete incident and shift reports per site requirements.
