Job summary

Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer (Unarmed) in Fort Worth, TX. You will monitor and patrol the transportation site, provide excellent customer service to travelers, employees, and visitors, and contribute to a safe and welcoming environment.

This full-time position requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to follow site protocols.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to travelers, employees, and visitors while following site policies.
• Conduct unarmed patrols and monitor for unusual activity or hazards.
• Report observations and follow emergency procedures per site protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to travelers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, access points, employee spaces, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual activity, access-control concerns, and potential hazards, documenting incidents and communicating relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.
• Assist with directing visitors and supporting orderly movement through designated areas while maintaining a professional presence and providing assistance as needed.
