Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Visitor Assistance in Fort Worth, TX. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, deter incidents, and assist with access control while delivering professional customer service to travelers and staff.

Qualifications

• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen may be required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and employees by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with airport personnel or responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, public spaces, and access points.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and report unauthorized access.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate with supervisors and client representatives.
