Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer to work full-time unarmed patrols in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves driving as needed to perform patrols, deter incidents, and support access monitoring and alarm responses.

You will deliver superior customer service, maintain clear communications, and be part of a team that values integrity, reliability, and teamwork while using smart tools to claim shifts and grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license as per policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred and beneficial.
• Alarm panel familiarity is preferred.
• Access control and badge handling experience is preferred.
• Ability to use a computer or tablet confidently.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background checks and drug screening are required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity to leadership.
• Complete incident reports and patrol logs accurately for management.
