Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Mobile Patrol Driver in Fort Worth, TX to safeguard clients across government sectors and transit locations. You will perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and respond to security concerns while delivering courteous service to passengers, visitors, and staff.

A valid driver's license is required by policy, and the role emphasizes reliability, communication, and integrity within a supportive team that puts people first.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and transit partners by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, passenger concerns, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or public agencies as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, vehicle access points, and surrounding perimeters; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Observe and report security-related conditions, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns, completing required activity and incident documentation.
• Assist with access control, visitor direction, crowd management, and support for special events or service disruptions in accordance with site procedures.
