Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Unarmed security officer license/permit preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and customer service to travelers, employees, and visitors at a transportation location.
• Respond to incidents and alarms following site protocols and report observations to leadership.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of terminals, access points, and parking areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual activity and access-control concerns; document incidents and communicate with responders.
• Direct visitors and support orderly movement while maintaining a professional presence.
