Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time, Unarmed Patrol Driver) in Fort Worth, TX. You will provide security services, conduct patrols, monitor access, and respond to alarms, contributing to a safe environment for clients and employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with alarm panels preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
• Prepare accurate reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
