Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with schedule changes due to expansions, reductions, detours or events.
• Coordinate seasonal and temporary schedule adjustments with minimal disruption.
• Generate reports and dashboards on service performance metrics.
• Resolve day-to-day schedule conflicts with Operations and Dispatch.
• Communicate timetable information and changes to the public and internal teams.
