Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in a public transportation role.
• TSSP Certificate within 3 years of hire.
• Valid Class B CDL with Passenger and Airbrake endorsements within 180 days of hire.
• DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, conduct evaluations, enforce safety and policies.
• Monitor schedules, routes, and equipment; adjust as needed.
• Provide field and dispatch supervision and guidance.
• Communicate with the public and resolve service issues.
• Execute contingency plans for weather and incidents.
