Job summary

Keolis America, Inc. is seeking a Safety Training Supervisor in Hesperia, CA to conduct on-board evaluations, deliver classroom and behind-the-wheel training, and provide timely feedback to employees.

You will coordinate with the Safety Manager and Training Manager to schedule safety evaluations, maintain appropriate training documentation, and ensure compliance with DOT, Federal regulations, and union requirements while supporting a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of progressive training and/or supervisory experience.
• Familiar with DOT policies, OSHA, NIMS, EPA standards, and ADA requirements.
• Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, DHS, and FTA rules and regulations; able to explain regulations to others.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-board evaluations and in-service training for employees.
• Provide classroom training and behind-the-wheel instruction.
• Schedule and conduct safety evaluations with Safety and Training Managers.
• Maintain documentation per Keolis and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate hazardous locations and coordinate safety training processes.
