Job summary

Keolis is seeking a Safety Leader in Anaheim to coordinate safety programs, lead incident investigations, and drive regulatory compliance across transportation operations. The role focuses on developing and implementing safety plans, training, and reporting to continuously improve KPIs.

The position requires a TSI trainer with a Class B CDL, relevant endorsements, and 3+ years of transit experience, plus strong communication and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Certified TSI bus operator trainer required.
• Commercial Driver License Class B required.
• Airbrakes and passenger endorsements preferred.
• 3+ years transit experience with Class B vehicles.
• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, NIMS, EPA and ADA requirements.
• Experience developing and implementing safety program plans and conducting investigations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the monthly safety reporting, consolidating KPI trends and safety risk assessments.
• Lead Safety and Accident Review committees and drive safety performance improvements.
• Investigate incidents, maintain records, and coordinate required follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Oversee Drug and Alcohol Program compliance and vendor management.
• Plan, schedule and deliver driver training and safety courses including new hire retraining.
