Greenville Area Transit (GREAT) is seeking a senior safety, training and compliance leader to oversee all programs for the Greenville area. You will develop and deliver operator training, administer the Agency Safety Plan, and manage DOT/FTA compliance across inspections, investigations, and safety communications.

The role requires a strong background in transit regulations and public safety, with CDL training oversight and experience coordinating audits and safety reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of related experience
• Associate's degree in a related field and seven years of related experience

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver operator training; maintain training policies and required documentation
• Administer the Agency Safety Plan and PTASP/FTA safety processes
• Lead hazard identification, mitigation, safety monitoring, and safety communications
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities, vehicles, and bus stops; document deficiencies and corrective actions
• Coordinate DOT/FTA drug and alcohol testing; maintain compliance records and support audits
