Job summary

MV Transportation is seeking a Safety Supervisor to oversee street operations, safety programs, and training across the division. You will lead classroom and on‑the‑wheel instruction and ensure compliance with safety manuals, policies, and incident reporting requirements to prevent recurrence.

Responsibilities include maintaining a strong safety culture across locations, reviewing accidents/incidents for root causes, and coordinating with operations, safety, and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in passenger transportation is preferred.
• Training/field supervision experience preferred.
• One year accident/injury-free driving experience.
• MS Office proficiency; ability to read/write/speak English; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to set priorities and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety manuals, programs, policies and practices are current and meet needs.
• Foster a consistent safety culture across locations with operations, safety, and maintenance.
• Review vehicle, passenger and employee incident reports to identify preventable trends.
• Other duties as assigned.
