Job summary

Keolis America Inc. is seeking a Training Supervisor responsible for conducting on-board evaluations, delivering classroom and behind-the-wheel training, and maintaining comprehensive records to ensure regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with Safety and Training Managers to schedule safety evaluations and investigate hazardous situations. The role requires 3+ years of training/supervisory experience, CDL Class B with P endorsement, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of progressive training and/or supervisory experience, preferably in public transportation.
• Ability to interpret and explain regulations to others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of DOT policies, OSHA, NIMS, EPA, and ADA requirements.
• Experience in training qualified candidates for employment.
• Must read, write, and speak English; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts on-board evaluations and in-service training to employees.
• Provides classroom training and behind-the-wheel training as needed.
• Completes documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains files on evaluations, training, safety, and loss matters.
• Works with Safety and Training Managers to schedule safety evaluations.
• Investigates and reports hazardous locations or events; recommends corrective actions.
