Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience with hourly employees; 2–3 years of transit supervisory experience preferred.
• Class B (or higher) Commercial Driver’s License with Passenger endorsement preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT physical examination.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate job requirements and responsibilities to drivers.
• Conduct on-scene accident investigations.
• Develop and host driver training and safety courses.
• Evaluate and monitor driver safety and performance.
